is a retired full professor and was named Professor Emeritus at Governors State University in University Park, Illinois in 2007. He lives here in the Las Vegas Valley and is an internationally known author of articles for professional journals and is author of textbooks and software for Prentice-Hall, Macmillan, Stylex, and Telelearning. Dr. Kaiser, now listed in Who's Who in the World, has lectured in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States and has conducted management training programs for Miller Brewing Company, AO Smith, Jacobsen/Textron, General Motors/Delco, and many others. He is also twice recipient of his university's Academic Excellence Award and has received his university’s performance appraisal awards 4 times. Dr. Kaiser is currently President of Nevada's Stylex Publishing Corporation, LLC. He develops and manages corporate, union, and organizational Web sites and serves on the Board of Directors of UNLV's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.
